RECOGNITION

What comes naturally is often hardest to recognise.

You may already be known as the person who takes ownership, creates momentum, connects people or brings order to complexity. Because these patterns come naturally, you may not recognise them as a distinctive contribution. And because they have helped you succeed, you may keep reaching for them even when the situation needs something else.

Your strengths do not need fixing.
FLOW helps you recognise the pattern, choose the right dosage and give other strengths more room when the work calls for them.

REFRAME

Your strengths work best at the right volume.

A mixing-desk illustration showing how Responsibility, Strategic, Individualization and Deliberative can lead, support or step back depending on the situation.
A mixing-desk illustration showing how Responsibility, Strategic, Individualization and Deliberative can lead, support or step back depending on the situation.

One possible mix — for this work, this moment and these people.

Your strengths do not operate as separate labels. They work together, like channels on a mixing desk. In one situation, Responsibility may need to lead. In another, Strategic, Individualization or Deliberative may need more volume. Deliberate strengths use means choosing the right mix for the work, the moment and the people involved.

FLOW does not treat you as an optimisation project. It considers both your patterns and the environment in which they are rewarded, overlooked or overused. The aim is not to standardise how you work, but to give you more choice about which strength should lead, support or step back.

APPLICATION

Knowing your strengths is useful. Applying them deliberately creates greater choice.

FLOW connects your profile to one practical question:

Where will you apply this learning now?

RECOGNISE

Name the patterns behind your best work and the contribution they make possible.

Recognise overuse earlier and adjust before one strength carries the whole load.

APPLY

Choose a strength or combination deliberately for a live work situation.

Communicate priorities, requests, boundaries and working conditions more clearly.

TRANSFER

Bring more precise language into development, role and career conversations.

Define observable signs that show whether the learning is becoming part of how you work.

Career Capital is one result of this process:

contribution that you can recognise, explain and carry into future choices.

Its value also shows up in the work you are doing now — in how you decide, collaborate, communicate and develop.

CLIENT VOICES

What stayed with them after FLOW.

I had explored my strengths before, but coaching with Katharina helped me see them in a new way — not as separate traits, but as an inner team I can use more consciously depending on the situation.

ALEXANDRA · FLOW PARTICIPANT

FLOW was much more than a strengths conversation — it was a whole journey. Without the eight weeks, much of it would probably have faded. The personal questions made my strengths present and tangible.

FLOW PARTICIPANT

WHO FLOW IS FOR

Is FLOW right for you?

FLOW is for women who already bring a great deal to their work — but want to understand it more clearly, express it more precisely and use it more deliberately.

  • want to make more deliberate choices about collaboration, energy, boundaries and working conditions;

  • already have a strengths profile, but it still feels abstract;

  • want a strengths-based foundation for a larger career, performance or leadership question.

  • want clearer language for the value you create;

  • are entering a new role, project or development phase;

  • keep relying on the same strengths, even when the situation needs something different;

You do not need a particular title, career level or leadership role. What matters is that you have a real question and a place in your working life where you want to apply what you learn.

YOUR FLOW JOURNEY

HELLO, I’M KATHARINA.

Your strengths do not operate in isolation.

Katharina Engelhardt, career and leadership coach and founder of The Female Shift Atelier.

I bring more than three decades of experience in global corporate environments, including at Senior Director level. I understand what it means to deliver, lead and navigate organisations whose expectations are not always written down.

As a certified strengths coach and ICF-credentialed Career and Leadership Coach, I combine this experience with professional coaching practice.

I do not treat a strengths profile as a complete explanation of who you are. It is one valuable lens — alongside your experience, ambitions, energy, relationships and working environment.

In FLOW, we connect your strengths to the situations in which you actually need them — and explore what enables you to use them with greater choice.

FOUNDING INVESTMENT

€500

including VAT

Three places are available at this
funding investment until
18 October 2026.

The regular investment after the founding launch will be
€690 including VAT.

In an introductory conversation, we look at where you are now, what you want to understand and whether FLOW fits the question you are bringing.

EMPLOYER FUNDING

Could your employer fund FLOW?

FLOW begins with your development question — regardless of who ultimately pays for the programme. If FLOW fits what you want to work on, you can fund the journey privately or ask your employer to cover the investment.

Employer funding is most likely when you can connect FLOW to a current role, project, team, stakeholder situation or development need.

A credible funding request explains:

where you will apply what you learn

01

why this matters in your current role, team or project

02

03

what useful change could look like in your everyday work

who can support the development and approve the budget

04

To make that conversation easier, I can provide you with:

01

a concise email for your manager or HR partner

02

a one-page overview of FLOW

03

a conversation guide to help you prepare your request

Your employer may agree a work-related development goal with you. Your strengths profile, personal reflections and coaching conversations remain confidential unless you choose to share a summary.
