Not every woman needs the same journey. We start with your situation, your goals and what matters to you right now.
From there, we shape a tailored 1:1 coaching journey or a personal mentoring partnership — practical, reflective and connected to the realities of your role, your organisation and the rest of your life.
Sometimes that means creating clarity around a decision. Sometimes it means building confidence in a new role, working differently or having an experienced thinking partner alongside you for longer.

from the inside.
For more than 30 years, I worked in international companies — leading teams, navigating change and learning what it takes to make progress when organisations and careers keep shifting.
Today, my focus has moved closer to the person inside those systems. Through coaching and my ongoing Master’s in Counselling & Coaching, I explore what helps people grow, adapt and lead well.
That combination shapes how I speak and work with groups around visibility, menopause, leadership and the changing world of work.
I bring organisational reality and the human perspective into the room and turn both into useful conversations.
