It is wrong when your thoughts about yourself impact your career success – overcome your limiting beliefs
Are limiting beliefs holding you back? I know that they have with my clients, and they certainly have with me. The thing is they can be changed SO quickly, yet we just drag them around with us everywhere we go, and they stop us from achieving all we set out to achieve.
From an early age, we are shaped by the thought patterns of other people.
Many of these beliefs have never helped us, but apparently have not harmed us either. But in adulthood at the latest, they are no longer beneficial in any way, but rather hindering or even harmful, because under stress and pressure they drive us even further and make us doubt ourselves.
The Belief Set Detector shows you in three steps how to dissolve old thought patterns and transform them into new constructive beliefs. Read more in the blog and get your workbook to identify your limiting beliefs.

5 Steps to use role models to facilitate career goals achievement
Male and female role models play a crucial role in bringing more women into leadership positions.
Gender stereotypes and gender-typical role expectations of women (and men) continue to be commonplace in all organizations.
The right role models can help women to achieve their goals.
Generally, there are two types of role models: positive role models, who serve as examples of what we "should" do, and negative role models, who serve as examples of things we "shouldn't" do.
As a career coach, I can help you find the role model that inspires and motivates you to achieve your personal career goal. Let´s keep in mind: The best role model is the one who has already achieved the goal you have in mind. For example your goal could be that you want to be able to present your projects in an interesting and lively way so that others can see what you have achieved. My tried and proven 5-step approach is in the blog.
How do your values influence your role as a leader?
Our own set of values, our character, is the central basis for our actions. It has a direct influence on how our employees perceive and value us. Only employees who (can) trust their leaders will follow them, even in difficult phases.
Therefore, it is important to become aware of one's own values and to review them regularly. This allows us to recognize the effects of our values on the current use of our skills and on our character traits. This provides concrete opportunities to set up targeted measures for the successful further development of leadership competences.

From this plan you can then crystallize the next 90-day plan quite well. In this way, you can check in with the big goal every quarter to see whether it is still up to date and, if necessary, change the tactics.
I am offering a 5 week online course to explore the important areas and to set up a 90 day plan. During black week I am offering an additional 1:1 coaching call so that you start to take action on your 90 day plan.

The Influence of inner communication on your career _ take ownership!
For many professionals, limiting thoughts or even negative beliefs haunt their minds. These have a limiting effect on self-confidence and success at work. I have observed this especially in women.
Our life experiences - essentially, our successes and failures - are shaped by two types of communication: Our inner communication, which includes our ideas, our thoughts and our feelings.
And external communication, which includes words, tone of voice, facial expressions, gestures and physical actions. Every communication we are "involved" in is an action, a cause. Every communication therefore has an effect on ourselves and others. In this blog I will look at our inner communication and offer a process to dissolve limiting beliefs.
